The welfare and care for our students remains at the cornerstone of the College’s educational approach.

All students have the right to attend the College without fear of prejudice, victimisation, physical or emotional bullying. The College aims to provide an environment that is safe for all. Students have the responsibility to follow College rules and fulfil educational requirements.

Victory aims to provide an environment in which mutual respect is the responsibility of all members of the College community.

Teaching staff pay close attention to the welfare of all students and have been trained in behaviour management techniques and pastoral care of students.

Should any students be in a situation of stress or suffering concern, it is the College’s responsibility to act quickly and appropriately. Students can approach a variety of staff members with any concerns they may have:

  • a trusted classroom teacher
  • a Child Protection Officer (Primary or Secondary)
  • a Director of Lower/Upper Primary, or Middle/Senior Years
  • the Head of Primary/Secondary
  • the Chaplains (male and female)
  • the Head of College
